Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 1.Booking: Appointments (Remote Tuning or Dyno) must be scheduled in advance. A booking is confirmed only after customer info, build details, and payment authorization. 2.Cancellation: Minimum 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations may forfeit deposit or incur a rescheduling fee. No-call/no-show forfeits payment and may restrict future bookings. 3.Delays: Session starts at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend session. Over 15–20 minutes late may shorten or cancel the session as a late cancellation. 4.Readiness: If the vehicle does not meet requirements, the session may be terminated. Rescheduling after termination may incur fees. 5.Waitlist: First-come, first-served. If a slot opens, you must confirm within a set timeframe or we move to the next customer. 6.Labor Charges: Any labor required during the session will be billed at our current labor rate. 7.Exceptions: Emergencies are considered case-by-case but do not guarantee fee waivers.
